Surely this food label is wrong or am I missing something??

Why is that a bad thing It needs oil etc for the frying process.0

I don't think the label includes any additional ingredients rather than it being just the veggies.
Edit - must read the small print "when cooked according to instructions"!0 -
"Other nutrition info: when cooked according to instructions." The instructions include a tbs of oil, so I bet that's where the fat is coming from.0
