    Why is that a bad thing :/ It needs oil etc for the frying process.

    I don't think the label includes any additional ingredients rather than it being just the veggies.

    Edit - must read the small print "when cooked according to instructions"!

    "Other nutrition info: when cooked according to instructions." The instructions include a tbs of oil, so I bet that's where the fat is coming from.
