Ham

I have a ham from a local humane farmer. I have a regular diet that does not include ham, however, it has been in my freezer for a while and I do not want it to go to waste so I figured I would just cook it up today and slice it for sandwiches over the next few days. Now, my only problem is how to track it. I have look at entries for "ham" in the database, and there are so many variations on the fat and sodium content, I just do not know what to go with. I have had bacon from them before, and the salt level was fairly low... so I am thinking the ham will be the same. Not totally sure though...
This is a really difficult question I know, but any advice on how to try to log this, to maybe get it close? I know it will be mostly a guess, but if anyone has any informed opinion on how these hams might be prepared that would help. Otherwise Ill just put any old ham entry, I guess. I suppose a few days of perhaps being way off won't kill me.

USDA, search for the type of ham you are eating, and for the state (cooked or raw) in which you are weighing it.0

Hmmmmmm. Not even sure what cut it is... it has a bone through it, that would be a shoulder maybe? Also I am in Ontario, Canada. The ham was raised, slaughtered cured and cooked by independent farmers, so I am not sure USDA guidelines would apply.0
