Want to lose weight and be healthy

I've been overweight all my life. I'm now obese and a toe 2 diabetic. I need to lose weight. Trying this app to be aware of what I'm eating and how many calories I'm eating. Have set it to lose 1.5lbs a week. I've been told that losing 1-2lbs a week is realistic for healthy, long lasting weight loss. I'm also attending a twelve step program.

Hi I'm also type 2 diabetic. Would like to be friends. I'm 32 days in and down 13 lbs. my doctor took me off insulin and I'm thrilled. I am in 2 pills for DM but now having issues with low blood sugars. Will be talking with MD on Monday.0
