Have just ordered the above dvd has anyone used this and what were your results x

    It kicks your butt. I love it. Let me know what you think. I just started using it. Trying to put it in my routine for once a week. She recommends 5x week. I can't imagine putting my body through that. I'm also nursing an injury so starting slow.

  • Never do the same routine 5x/week. I used this dvd years ago when it first came out. Loved it! If you do this one and No More Trouble Zones, it will jump start a good fitness program for you. The rest of her stuff is cr*p IMO though people seem to really like the other dvds. I thought those 2 were good for what they are.

    I got started working out with this. 5 times a week is way too much for this type of exercise-- very hard on the joints! I would recommend 2-3 times a week using it.
    That said, I didn't change anything else at first about my diet/routine, just started using this regularly, and I dropped 5lbs that first week (obviously some of it was water weight, but I was happy)! After a couple weeks of that routine, my knees started to ache, so I moved on to other options, but I still pull it out when I want a challenge. Good luck!
