Hi Everybody!
I'm 49 year old male, 25% body fat and am serious about dropping the flab and getting into the best shape of my life! I'm a good team member and will give you plenty of support and feedback while looking for the same from you. Here are some things about my diet and fitness plan that might fit well with your goals. I'm practicing a Low Carb, High Fat (LCHF, aka, Ketogenic) Diet, Strength Training and Cardio (HIIT) on alternating days (but focus is on strength). Oh, and I've dropped a little under a hundred pounds two years ago, so I'm totally familiar with that part of the fat loss journey, too. Interested? Let's do this!
