So i started dieting as i want to get leaner and see where my weight training has got me, checked my reports and lost 2.2kg in a month! Expected some water weight dropping because im on like 150-200g less carbs but geez.

A big initial drop is normal due to water weight. It should begin to level out. However, if you are still loosing too quickly, adjust your goals and eat a bit more.
ETA: 2.2kg is just under 5lbs, which is a perfectly healthy loss for a month.0 -
That's really not anywhere near a loss rate that you should be concerned about. Even if it was like a kg a week, that'd be fine.0
