I've been eating unhealthy foods like almost daily for the past two weeks. I mean my lunches snacks breakfast and dinner are all filled with wholesome foods like lots of fruits and vegetables and broth but I've also had a bit of chocolate, peanut butter, nutella, white bread and all that. Although its not like I ate a whole tub of Peanut butter or anything in two weeks, I feel gross and I feel full after dinner nightly which is bad I think
and I've been having night snacks here and there too. Which is like fruit and almond milk or walnuts with Peanut butter, and I really hate it. But I've also been doing quite a lot of exercise:
Running for an hour, hockey training for 2 hours, baseball training for 8 hours for this week.
Any tips on going back to eating healthy?? Please help!!!
