New to this site...

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site, but not new to the weight loss struggles. I lost 70 lbs. a couple of years ago with Weight Watchers Online. I did not reach my weight loss goal with 10 pounds left to loose. So here I am 2 years later still struggling. I have yo-yo"d with an additional 10-12 pound gain sense. So I have 20 pounds to loose and am in the early stages of that "menopausal stage" of life to compound my difficulty in loosing my weight.
So instead of going to weight watchers online again where I have to pay for its' services, I have decided to give this cite a try as I can still enter/track my food intake and exercise activity, as well as my weight. And maybe by reading some of your posts, I can finally be successful and reach my weight loss goal...
