Pre-work out?

wanting to get others opinion on pre-work out? I swear by it and find I'm really flat if I don't drink it, few people I know don't recommend it. What are your thoughts?

    It is a preference thing. Since I usually workout in the morning, a cup or two of coffee and a banana do me just fine if I'm a little flat. I'm more of a "get it from real food" kinda guy.

    Actually I am taking orange juice after workout. Before workout I don't like taking anything. About this, every people have their own opinion according to their likes.
