Hi all,

I've decided to do TDEE instead of clocking calories and creating a net. My vivo fit reckons I burn 1800 a day just "being" and doing the basics. I wear a HRM for exercise and clock about ten cals a minute doing most if the stuff I do. I go to classes 5x a week and I'm more active generally on the lighter nights, biking, walking etc. I've been eating my 1200 plus all my exercise calories back and not really losing even when tracking, probably because I struggle on my rest days with 1200 (essentially I'm overeating) So my average TDEE from the different calculators I have used is 2150 so I've set MFP calorie goal at 1500. I want to lose 20lbs (ish) in 16 weeks... (Going away to italy so fancy being beach ready!) I'm 5'7 and 159 Lbs and I'd like to be around 140. Does this sound like the right way to go?

Jules xx
