130 lbs to lose

Hi all! My goal is to lose 130 lbs over the next two years. I am using MFP to track food, NOT exercise. I am enrolling in an insurance-paid weight loss management program which provides me with a personal trainer, gym membership, and dietician, and they use a key fob on each machine to track my exact exercise, so, it's more accurate for me. BUT, food is my biggest challenge.

In 2009, I weighed 140 lbs and thinking I was "fat", I had liposuction surgery on my entire body. Within the last 6 years, I have gained 130 lbs, initially as a result of emotional eating because I was still unhappy with the way I looked after spending so much on lipo, and then because I became addicted to food as a crutch. I have rheumatoid (from Lyme Disease) and psoriatic arthritis, so exercising has always been a challenge for me, moreso now that I am so overweight.

What really has motivated me is not to better myself (I still have a lot of confidence and self-esteem issues to work out), but the fact that I want to have a child within the next few years, and I do not want to be a high-risk pregnancy. I want to be able to play with my child, and do all the things I dream of doing with him/her. If I can't do it for me, I can do it for them. There is also a strong history of heart disease, high bp, and cancers in my family, so I hope to reduce my risk. I am only 26 years old, so it's go-time!

I could really use support on sticking to my diet plan, which is low-carb/low-cal. Please add me if you share similar weight loss goals!
