First of all, I hope this picture works.

Second, my dad built this power rack and I'm SO EXCITED. I used it yesterday for the first time, and let me tell you, it's great. We still need to get an olympic bar (right now we can't load more than about 70 pounds due to the length of the bar).

I'm so proud of him and of this home-made home-gym. Anyone else work out in their homes?

    That's good work from you're pops,I workout at home,did the gym thing but to many idiots and having to wait to use the equipment I wanted was adding way to much time.now have my power cage,oly bar,weights and bench,best investment I've ever made

    ETA: I made one of these myself... I drilled holes top to bottom every 3 inches... I think it was 84 holes with the drill press. wow did that suck...
