Goals: Less body fat, September Marathon

Hi everyone. I am new to this site... I don't know if tracking what I eat will be easier on here or by keeping up with what I already do, writing it in a note book.. Because I eat a lot of food I make from scratch and it will be tough to enter in all of the indgredients! We'll see, it should be handy when going out to eat.

Anyway I am new to this site. I have been physically active and into nutrition for the past 5 years, but I am always finding more ways to do better.

  • I myself run lots, but still fighting to lose some weight, ran the London Marathon in april and had lost around 14lbs. Now aiming to lose another 16lbs. Hard and hilly half marathon in september. Where is your marathon.

    nice thing about MFP with food tracking is you can create and save meals, so if you are making your own, and the are the same over and over, you can just save it and reuse it, which is very convenient.

    It is in Ohio, the air force marathon. In september.
