Wedding VS Pizza

I really want to look amazing on my wedding day but I'm fighting the cravings for junk food. Pizza is my weakness! I would really appreciate some kind of motivation or tips on how to get healthier and try to cope with the cravings. I'm on day three of my wedding diet and I'm already tired of it. Please help!

    Not sure where you live, but I get my pizza fix by eating the individual size California Pizza Kitchen pizzas sold in the frozen food section at my local grocery store. Under 500 calories and very tasty

    Give yourself a cheat day, either once a week or once every two weeks where you have pizza. Just dont over do it. Stay within your calories, only have a piece or two.

    It's really not about what you're eating but how much of it you're eating. Yes pizza is calorie dense, but it doesn't mean you have to totally cut it out. When a diet plan becomes one of frustration due to restriction, then you're just doing it for a temporary look. The plan SHOULD be to get the look you want and maintain it. And believe it or not you can do it while still having pizza occasionally. CICO is what rules here. You just have to plan correctly for it.
