10lbs so close yet so far away!

Hi all!
I am looking for some friends with similar goals to keep me motivated. I am 5'1 and currently weigh 139 and am looking to see the 120s. It seems like such a small number but I continue to struggle! The winter months have lasted forever Nov-currently and have been stuck inside!! I have many summer plans to look forward to and want to feel good in my clothes and be healthy.
I pretty much always log my exercise but do not always log my food. Most days I keep track on paper but it does not always make it here.
I love to run,snowboard,swim,hike,play volleyball you name it. I am a floor nurse and work 12hr I mean 13hr shifts and taking an extra step on days that I work is a struggle.

I hear you on the winters. I have a similar goal. I feel my best if I can be about 176 so that is 9 lbs I need to lose. I also workout and log fitness. Starting tomorrow I will log my food as well. Hope you find something that works. I just discovered salads so that is where I will start.0
