new to the forums

Have been on MFP for about a year now(had a previous acc) haven't really explored much past the food diary but it has helped me quite a bit. I went from about 325 to 250 in 7 months and have been maintaining since. Headed to 225 next, my diet is pretty solid. Transitioning more into exercising now.

    Right now I am using it as an aid to speed up weight loss. I have started lifting weights last week, and walk a few miles a day. Mainly just to keep myself occupied. I don't know where I am going with lifting weights, but it can't hurt.
