SO EASY!!!!
1 Banana
1 scoop Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder (or any other type of protein powder)
1 egg or 3 Tbsp 100% Liquid Egg All Whites
I don't have access to a stove(college student) so I put the pancakes on a plate covered in coconut oil and cooked in the microwave for 1 min and 30 sec.
(They will not turn brown btw)
Yields: 5 small pancakes
SO delicious
add some cinnamon if you use a plain protein powder OR peanut butter
