OP, you'll soon realize this thread is going to go on and on basically with the same responses. That's how folks roll in MFP. Kill the horse then beat it to a pulp over and over again.0

Moderation.
If you do cut out sugar all together your results would be even greater but it's not not impossible to loose weight with sugar but it has allot of health risk besides weight gain water retention and making your body store fat. So moderation is key. Keep a low glycemic intake. 1 cup of orange juice not 2.0 -

To the OP:
When you're new to these forums, it isn't advisable to post without reading for awhile and getting the lay of the land. It also isn't wise to post broad-spectrum advice to legions of people who are already losing weight successfully. As soon as I read your post, I knew there would be pages of GIFs and snarky remarks to follow. You kind of asked for it. Anyway, welcome.
I need to cut out most sugar because my glucose numbers can be high and I don't want to develop diabetes. That is always a concern for people of my age and weight. It's always a good idea to get blood glucose levels tested in annual physicals at any age, and if they're within normal range, a sensible amount of sugar is just fine.0 -
Tollicious. All the posts the OP has done have been to start threads like this. Trolling well takes subtlety which the OP is missing0

And since this is clearly just a drama starter, I will be closing this thread as it violates our drama policy.
2. No Hi-Jacking, Trolling, or Flame-baiting
Please stay on-topic in an existing thread, and post new threads in the appropriate forum. Taking a thread off-topic is considered hi-jacking. Please either contribute politely and constructively to a topic, or move on without posting. This includes posts that encourage the drama in a topic to escalate, or posts intended to incite an uproar from the community.
