Any other Anti-inflammatory (low sugar/low GI) Eaters out there?

Low glycemic index eating/anti-inflammatory eating really is my best approach to health and well-being. Anyone else out there in MFP land committed to this approach? I do have a sweet tooth and it takes loads of restraint and willpower to "say no" at first and then I'm good to go. Fell off the wagon and now I'm climbing back on...could use some cheerleaders who understand and support this nutritional approach. Looking for some friends who eat this way too for added encouragement...
