New to MyFitnessPal - kinda

Hi I'm Kim. I have used MFP before but just for logging my food/exercise. I need support and to know I'm not alone. I struggle terribly at night with picking at food. I am definitely an emotional eater. I'm working on my morning devotional time to read my bible and put God first, and to put me next, so that I can be a great wife and Mom. I want to be healthy and feel good. I am not focused on my numbers except for seeing them get lower. I'd love to be under 200lbs before my birthday in December, when I turn 50. So that's about 44 to take off. Thanks! B)
