Hi all! I have been using my fitness pal for just over a month and am loving it more than I actually thought I would. I have been working with a doctor assisted weight loss program since January and have lost 40 pounds! I am also doing boot camp at least three times a week, beginning jogging, and bike riding at least twice a week. I am a vet, have many animals and am married with one stepdaughter. I would love to give and receive encouragement from new friends on here, especially if you're interested in building your endurance for running. My ultimate goal would be a half marathon. I'm working on it! I have about 80 more pounds to loose, have gone from a size 20 to a size 14 and KNOW I can do it this time!
