Trying to understand the concept of the plan and working on my exercise schedule

I hope that some of you fellow members can help me with the plan. I am on the plan for 10 days now and I started to lose weight but I gained it back over this weekend. I did have a bean burrito for a dinner out and saved most of my calories for that dinner. So maybe that is why I am gaining the weight back. I am feeling a little discouraged.

    Sodium can cause short term water weight gain.

    What concerns me is that 1 burrito took most of your daily cals. Was this a 1000 cal burrito or are your cals set extremely low?

    Actually it was a chimichunga and I only ate half of it. I couldn't find chimichunga on the foods list so I used Burrito. The Chimichunga had chicken in it so I liked that and I ordered it without cheese. I don't eat cheese because I am Lactose intollerant. Hope this explains it.
