carbohydrates

carbohydrates! AH! So I really want to cut down to 50 HEALTHY carbohydrates for like a week to two weeks straight, and then start adding back slowly. I did this for 3 days and I could already tell a difference in my body. Has anyone had a lot of success with this and if they did was it worth it? & Anyone want to do a 14 day challenge with me to keep us motivated!!!?

    If you still like some carbs, healthy ones, maybe look into The Belly Fat Cure, by Jorge Cruise.

    Great program, limits carbs to 6 servings per day, and 15 grams of sugar per day.

    I started back on it this past Wednesday and I feel so much better already!!

    I'm on day 5 of a 14 day low carb diets - averaging on 30g of carbs a day - ley me know if you want any tips on foods :)

    I follow the "old" Atkins and have been for 11 months and at the moment am eating between 20-40 net carbs a day, and only good carbs. I'm more than happy to give you any advice and meal ideas that you'd like. Also, my food diary is public. :happy:
    Just a thought...if you can feel the difference after just a few days why not stick with cutting out the bad carbs altogether? :drinker:

    I try to stick to eat 50-70 grams of carbs a day with 15 g of fiber, and that helps a lot!....low carb is the best for me!
