what do you consider the first step in weight loss? I think you have to be fed up first

I was unhappy with my life. I visualized myself with the life I wanted...I saw that happy person was thin.0

I agree. There comes a point when we say 'enough is enough.' The hard part (for me) is remembering it. Good luck!!

The first step for me was realizing I didn't wanna be the weight I was anymore and seriously wanted to change eating habits and everything and be healthy for myself after I quit smoking cold turkey I gained a bit of weight I also did a lot of personal work and found inner peace and really cleaned up my life and friends as well and the last thing I really need to fix now is my weight so yeah that was my first step in a sense I guess lol.0
