Can someone help me set up macros?

I know someone out there knows about macros.
Any information will be great!
I'm 180 lbs 5'6'' female 29 yrs. at this point I don't know if I want to lose weight. I just want to lose fat since most of it is in my belly.
Can eating according to my macro help me reshape my body?

    Hi:
    My macros has evolved through my journey.
    My experience with body shaping is exercise is very important for body shaping. Weight lifting has been extremely helpful.
    If am lifting weights I do need more protein, therefore my protein macro has increased and the other two components ( fat and carbs) decreased accordingly.

    40/30/30 isn't a bad place to start.

    If you don't want to lose much then make sure you're getting enough protein, have a small deficit (250 cals) and do some strength/resistance training.
