Hey. I'm getting married in 5 months and I currently weigh 163 lbs and want to bring it down to 125lbs give or take. Is this possible to achieve in 4 months?. I have joined a gym and I intend to workout at least 5 times a week and control my food intake and eat healthier. I struggle with craving high sugar foods and I guess sometimes I stress eat. Seeking motivation throught this journey.

The goal you have set for yourself is quite high; ~40 lbs in five months is ~8lbs a month, which is ~2lbs a week. It's achievable, but it will be tiring, difficult and require great discipline and dedication. I wish you the best of luck! Though my goals are much more modest and are mostly recomp rather than weight loss, I largely relate, because I'm also engaged and to be honest it's a large factor in why I want to finally hit my goals.
Go go go! We'll be kick *kitten* in our sexy lean wedding gowns soon enough!0
