Exercise Plans/Groups?

Hello All
I started back up on working out about 20 days ago and committed myself to a 30 day squat challenge (to keep me motivated about going to the gym). Regularly I do the 20 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the bike, squats, leg lefts, and crunches. When I'm finished with the squat challenge I want to follow a plan that will incorporate my whole body....can anyone recommend ideas? I should also point out, I've never done weight training exercises, not that I'm oppose
