The killer last 10 lbs

hey there!

Looking to shed the last bit of fat off my lower belly-the hardest area to get rid of for me!! I know that area is all diet control, so I'm here to hold myself accountable for what I'm putting in to my body. I have the exercise part down.. It's iust a matter of staying disciplined with my food. I have a super sweet tooth, an undying passion for chips, salsa, guacamole and margaritas (all at the same time...bloat city..) and I find myself dipping into the peanut butter jar a litttttle too often. Woopsies!

So. Here I am. Admitting my weaknesses and hoping to find some accountability by putting them out there and logging each and every thing I eat.

    oh my.....I hear ya!!! I've been trying to lose 10-12lb for almost a year now!!!....I just can't seem to do it.....I keep gaining and losing the same damn 4-5lb, let alone getting down to what I want to be at.....it's driving me crazy....right now I'm at 134lb (because of that time again!!)....usually I go between 131 and 135....my goal is 120lb!!!!!!!WTH??....definitely staying disciplined with the food is key.....I'm often over on my carbs (bloody easy to do that) and way under on my protein and often under in my calories....sighhhh....my weakness.....best of luck with your fight....feel free to add me and we can fight those carbs together.....:)

    log and track everything. weigh and measure everything. eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and eat as many home cooked meals as possible. avoid packaged and processed stuff.

  • We sound exactly alike!!! I am looking to get rid of my last 10 and keep losing and gaining 5 lbs. Sigh....but going to try this to see how it goes!!! Have the exercise down pat....gotta get the eating down!!!
