Jawbone up and MFP-Where do you track workouts?

I just started using the jawbone up along with mfp. My question is if I log a workout in mfp do I also log the workout into 'up'? If I do, are the calories burned being double counted?
I'm worried if I don't log a workout into 'up' my daily total will be off and I'll have a negative adjustment at the end of the day. With this being said, should I skip logging a workout into mfp?

Log into Jawbone only non step based workouts. That way, it's all in one place. I only log food in MFP and sync w/ jawbone.0

I have just started up a group for people using Jawbone UP as there didn't appear to be one.
