50lb in six months is some going. Goo luck and work on a maintenance plan to put in place when you get to target.

A few years ago I weighed over 200 lbs and worked hard and managed to lose 70 lbs. I told myself I would never let myself get that way again. But I got lazy and stopped exercising and started drinking nothing but pop and of course I started gaining the weight back. It's prob been about 7 yrs, but I have gained back about 45 lbs of what I lost. I have determined that it is time to get back down to business and take it off again because if I don't, before I know it I'll be back to that 200+ weight. I know that I can do it because I've done it before. It's all about getting in the right mindset and wanting it bad enough. Anyone that wants to, feel free to add me as a friend. I think encouragement is a vital part of the process. Good luck everyone on their weight loss journey.

Good luck to you all. Without MFP I'd never have lost my weight. Log in each day, track your food and don't think of this as a diet, this of this as a journey to health. You can do this!
