Health and Fitness Android App

Background (Feel free to skip.)
I'm not a hardcore fitness person. I was 50 pounds overweight. Through calorie counting and moderate exercise, I've lost 27 pounds with 23 to go. My exercises consist of biking to lunch every weekday (30 minutes each direction), walking to church on Sunday (20 minutes each direction), and an occasional evening walk with my kids when I feel that I overate during the day.

Question
I want to know what's the best fitness Android app for moderate users that integrates with both MyFitnessPal and Google Fit. I've narrowed it down to: I eliminated Strava from consideration because it seemed more intended for hardcore users. It can't track walks.

Can anyone who has tried at least two out of the three tell me which one they suggest and why?
