I re-joined on May 9th after an absence of about 6 months. I have lost 8 pounds so far, just following MFP calorie targets and making much better food choices as a result of consciously choosing what I eat, as I know I will be accountable when I log it in. So far so good. Next goal is getting my exercise plan together. Good luck!0
