No idea. But now I really want a donut.

I'd look at Dunkin' Donuts website and find the info for the donut that's most similar.

And then come back and let me know so I can convince myself I don't need to stop for a donut tomorrow.

Is it in a box from there? There might be nutrition info or a bar code on the bottom of the box. Looks good though!

    I'd say it's probably around 300 calories.

Dunkin donut says 290. Trying to decide if it's worth it

Using the donut I had from Dunkin Donuts last week as a guide (vanilla frosted with sprinkles) I would say like 320. I would try to find something similar and then use it as your guide. That is what I usually do (I usually aim high to be safe).

If there is a barcode on the bakery box, try scanning that with the MFP food bar code scanner.
If not, I googled iced sprinkle donut and came up with 290. It's hard to tell from the picture if there's a cream filling or not. If there is, that would increase the calories, fat, sugar etc. I'd say your safe estimate would be about 300 calories. Hope that helps
