Ways to loose weight in thighs and boobs?

My main weight is in my boobs and thighs, mainly because of a contraceptive I took that gave me more than I need it, so are there any ways to focus on them points??

No, there isn't. You can't choose where the fat comes off.

Unfortunately, no. Fat will come off from wherever it "wants" to.0

Nope. Can't target fat loss. Eat at a calorie deficit to lose fat and eventually those areas will lose fat.

To get rid of the leg fat, you gotta get moving. Yeah, you cant really decide where it comes off, but you can decide to stress the body in specific areas. If your thighs are as fat as mine were, they rub together, and that sucks. I was on the verge, and when I got to working out, they didnt rub anymore.
Aside from that...in my.experience with different body types of women, boob size were most often proportional to body size. I think boob size is genetic, therefore, and how inflated or downsized they become can be altered only by the size of the body, lactation, or boob job. So, the more weight you lose, the less boobage there will become.
Anyone, please confirm or deny this is true, or has logic?0 -
