I seem to be eating a crazy amount of oatmeal to keep me full and satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. Although it's working great, I was wondering what other people use as a "filler" food to help achieve their weight loss goals? I would love to get some new ideas!

Another good sweet craving food is nonfat vanilla yogurt with a few semisweet chocolate chips. Would probably be good with greek yogurt and dark chocolate chips too, but I didn't have any of those on hand when I was craving something sweet.0

I love to eat one pepperjack string cheese (70 cals) and a 100-calorie pack of almonds plus a pickle (0 cal). Satisfies my salty and spicy cravings. Thankfully, I don't have much of a sweet tooth at all.0
