Back at it! Need motivation

Hi all --

Since January '14 I have lost close to 60 pounds which is awesome! I'm very proud of myself! Around July '14 I hit a plateau and since then I haven't really gained or lost any weight. Around Christmas time is when I started slacking and haven't really gotten back in the groove of sticking to my goal. I work multiple jobs so I'm constantly moving, I know sleep is a big thing but since my day is so busy I go to the gym around 7 if not later I'm wired for the rest of the night. Like I said I haven't gained or lost weight but I feel like I need some motivation to kick start this journey again! Btw I have gained muscle though!

    Hello! People around me are kinda sick of me talking fitness, nutrition etc. I'm no trainer or athlete or anything special but it's what I like to talk about. I've been slacking lately with my eating habits. Hopefully getting back on this app helps me stick to it
