What's the proper percentage. Of fats vs cabs vs proteins a day

    there is no proper percentage. Set them to whatever works for your particular goals and/or satiety needs.

    Some poeple use the default in MFP. What are your goals? Generally, you want to first make sure you are getting enough protein, second that your fat is good, and carbs are less essential --- depending our your exercise and food goals.

    Just make sure you hit atleast the essential amount of grams of protein and fat. A easy and quick rule is 0,8-1 gram of fat for each kilo gram of weight (if you are not obese) and around 1 - 2 grams of protein per kilo gram of weight (use the high end if you do alot of lifting). If you are obese use your lean body mass.

    So lets say you are a male of 20 years old and 80 kg around 17% bodyfat (he lifts). You would need to eat around 64 grams of fat (0,8 x 80 = 64). And you would need atleast 120 grams of protein per day (80 x 1,5 = 120) and 160 if he does alot of heavy lifting. The rest can be filled in freely.
