Getting toned, lean muscle

I'm training to join the marine corps and I'd really like to tone up my muscle. I exercise daily and am a lifeguard in the summer. I've got some really small problem spots that I just can't seem to lose the fat. Do you guys have any workouts that helped you lose the last bit of fat??

Fat loss comes from what and how much you eat. If you're going on a deficit, you will lose fat. And that little thing called basic, that's going to help you condition your body to be what the Marines want you to be. I wouldn't worry about that last bit of fat right now.0

I gained 10-15 lbs of toned muscle at MCRD San Diego, and I wasn't even a double rat, although I wanted to be.0
