I'm bumping up my daily goal by 200 calories. That, with post training curds and whey and the inevitable weekend indiscretions, should tip me towards a very slight surplus.
I'm pretty excited.
And then if I've totally wrecked things in two months then... I know how to fix it.

I like to wait 3-4 weeks to watch for changes then tweak.
Remember as you gain- you'll be adding along the way- it's not just add a fixed amount for 6 months and you're done. As you get bigger- you need more food.0 -
