Hi guys, I have a walking group (walking or anything that adds up to miles) called Walk the World. It is mainly just a bunch of us adding our miles together each week and virtually walking the US. Each week we head to another state and see where we stop by our miles. Its a fun way to stay motivated to get in some exercise. (no amount of miles required). We have a spread sheet so you can keep track of your individual progress and see how we do as a group. There is also a weight loss spreadsheet so you can keep track of your weight loss too.
