I guess you could say I'm "new" to MFP. I've had the app on my phone for about a year and have used it every now and then, but I've never really struck with it. I've come to realize that the saying, "you have to want it" really is true. I want this. I want to be healthier and fit. I'm just on day 2 of logging my food/exercises, but I am excited! I'm really looking forward to this challenge and improving my lifestyle. I am hoping to start blogging as I go along and would really like to get involved with other members on this site. Everyone can use motivation and support and that's what I am hoping to find. ADD ME!! (please). Thanks!!
