Hi, I'd just like to introduce myself. I've been struggling with my weight for about 20 years now. I'm in my mid 40's and diabetic. After a long and frigid winter I'm looking to get more active and I've started going for a long walk and run in my local park about every other day. I've had some success recently losing weight. A year ago I wore size 40 pants, but now I fit comfortably into size 36 jeans. In fact I might even be able to get into size 34, though they might be a bit tight for now. I belong to a wellness company and they have products I'm using to help me with my weight loss. I'm going to a company convention in mid May and would like to lose another ten pounds by then. I'm looking to keep the momentum going. Losing weight and getting active is helping me with my diabetes. My fasting sugar is regularly in the 80's and this morning it was 77. I don't want to slow down now. I have the fire to get fit and I want to keep this going. That's why I decided to join this site.
