    There's no reason you can't gain weight, just eat more.

    I agree with @ndj1979. I recently gained 21 pounds by adding 250 calories a day to my total calorie burn for the day. I also added core strength workouts 2/3 times a week for 30/45 minutes, ate somewhat healthier foods (lunch at Whole Foods vs. McDonalds LOL) and tried sneak in a short 20 minute job each week. I used a Jawbone Up24 to help me track that and it was excellent. I would stay away from fitbits. Their algorithms appear to be geared towards weight loss and the software never adds the calorie burn for exercise back into the "calories left to eat".
