hi - I will be turning 47 in a month and am looking to gain some muscle and lose somewhere between 5 - 10 pounds. I have been using MFP without the community part up to now (was a little nervous about joining) - I'm stepping up a little more now.

    I turn 47 in 3 months! Same here...working on the last 8 lb (the hardest!!!) and using IIFYM/flexible dieting. I bulked during the winter and gained 20+ pounds and now I'm in the home stretch:) Would like to follow you... Thanks, Lareina from Fargo

    Hi, I'm nearly 57 and wanting to lose another 8 lbs and get fit for my hols in 3 months time. Work long hours so tend to only exercise at weekends. Nice to know there are similar like minded people out there
