Time to take control.

Hey everyone, I'm Steph, I'm 26 and I'm from Brisbane, Australia.

I've been on MFP for ages but have never posted anything and I'm really bad at logging my food intake because I'm embarrassed by what I eat. So, it's time to take control and start making some positive life changes. If there's anyone out there who thinks they're great at what they do with their own journey and it's something that I could take inspiration from, I'll gladly look you up and extend the hand of friendship.

My goal is to get down to 65kg (143.3lb), and I'm currently at 81kg (178.5lb). So, about 16kg to go.

Any tips on beating cravings and ways to make healthier choices without feeling like a tool, that'd be great :) I've got a life time of bad habits to change. I'm hoping by this time next year I'll have reached my goal and have made a life change for the better.

I know that sounds pretentious, but it's time to stop kidding myself and time to take control.
