Trying to gain more weight

Hi there....

I have lost some weight and want to gain it back. I just wanted to ask what is the best way to do this & what foods would you reccomend which are high in protein?

    If you want to gain only fat, eat any food and don't do any resistance training what so ever.

    If you want to gain muscle and fat, eat food and follow a structured lifting routine such a stronglifts.

    Meat carries a lot of protein, but there are other sources as well. Do a search on this site and you will get a hundred different threads about protein sources.
