Hi everyone,
I'm Danny and I've been dieting and exercising for about a five weeks now. I've been hitting the gym pretty hard and doing mostly cardio, and I've really been watching what I eat. This website and app have really helped me control my caloric intake. I've seen good results so far, I've gone down from 205 to 187 but the last week or so I've been staying around 187. It's been tougher to bring off the pounds, I don't know if my body is adapting to my exercise routine or what. My goal weight is around 165 so I'm keeping at it and I have noticed that I really enjoy eating and living a healthy lifestyle. I'm sure my body enjoys it too!
