Introducing myself and my weight loss journey

I am a senior and have been losing and gaining weight for years. When I had my babies, my weight gain started after my fourth child. I was always 133 pounds, no matter what I ate or did. Then I slowly went up to 164 pounds. Went up and down but really never over 164 pounds. After awhile I decided to quick smoking. I gained weight until I was 238 pounds. I went on the South Beach Diet and lost weight until I was 188 pounds (50). The South Beach Diet was very hard because there are certain foods I can't have so I had quite a few stomache aches. So I regained 18 pounds back. I am now at 200-204. I want to lose weight very badly and so far this diet fills me up and also is kind to my digestive system. I am trying really hard not to look for a quick weight loss program because those really never work. The weight always comes back on. So I need support and I hope that the members of this community will give me a hand. Thanking you in advance.
