So, I had been dragging my feet. I'm 59 pushing 60 and single now. I sort of felt like it was pretty much over for me as far as wanting to diet or look better. BUT, I have logged every day, good or bad. I do Zumba fitness twice a week. My first week on MFP I lost 7 pounds. Now that motivated me. I also searched a meetup.com, it will tell me where in my area if there is any free exercise groups. I do low impact, at a community center for free, I have found walking groups, and LOTS of other kinds of groups. Now I just need to go.

Well done for losing 7 pounds and finding exercise classes. I'm just starting my weight loss and am new to MFP.
