Last night at the gym we did Bear complexes, box jumps and medicine ball slams. I thought I was going to die. This morning I wake up feeling fresh and rejuvinated, and my back is feeling all tight between the shoulder blades. Felt good. I could FEEL those back muscles. Strut to the bathroom to take a look at my newly grown muscles and....I don't see them! Where are they??? Rats. Damn flubber is in the way.:grumble:

Yup, it's the flubber. I'm only now getting a chance to see some of mine. You'll get there and when you do, they'll be awesome if you keep up with the gym. :drinker:

I hate when that happens. Sometimes I go and flex right after a good workout when they should be all swollen, bulgy and hulk like, but they are still nowhere to be found. One day... one day!

Patience and persistence and they will reveal themselves eventually. Packing the added weight over the years (I was there too) was a form of exercise so odds are you might have a little more muscle than you think.
